Parking:
On Site: The facility has parking for 56 cars on site and 48 bike rack spaces are available to accommodate our guests on bike.
On Street: Please be thoughtful to our neighbors, and be sure to leave at least 4 feet from driveway entrances. Follow all posted laws and please do not litter in our neighborhood.
Additional Info:
After 4:00 on weekdays and all day on weekends, parking is available in the Madison-Kipp OFFICE lot located between Waubesa and Corry Streets.
There is NO PARKING in the Madison-Kipp lot next to GCC’s driveway. Cars parked there will be ticketed and towed. Please note that the St. Bernard’s Church lot may be used.

The Loft is accessible by buses that run on Milwaukee, and Atwood Streets. Such as # 3, 5, 9, 37, 38, 14, & 15

Interested in the music business?
The Loft is looking for local high school students to gain important professional experience, while helping us promote our concerts. We have volunteer positions available for students who are interested in local music, promotion, and business development. You will be helping us spread the word about our Live and Local, Open Mic, special events, and nationally touring acts that will be performing in The Loft in the coming semester. This is a great resume builder and work experience for an outgoing, and motivated person.
Looking to rent the LOFT?
The Lussier LOFT is a large performance space located within the Lussier Teen Center. The Goodman Community Center occasionally rents out this space for supervised birthday or special occasion parties. This space is not available for bands or for huge parties. For more information on room rates, availability, and usage, please read this page carefully.
